9.0 LIFT programming

This enables the user to set the stop points for the lift if fitted

This menu allows the user to set the stop position for the lift. The exact position the lift stops at is calculated by counting the number of holes from the bottom of the machine. These holes run either
side of the machine and used to set the position at which any tray is fixed. Products are collected
from trays and lowered to the delivery bin. The stop positions will need to be altered every time a
tray is added or removed or repositioned
With a standard tray the lift should stop at between 2-4 centimetres under the tray edge
With the special HQBO tray the lift needs to stop at a minimum of 4 centimetres below the tray to
allow for the product to drop fully into the lift
Use the arrow buttons A and C to increase or decrease the values to, the key B
brings the value to zero, the cancel button will bring the cursor to the previous settings.
To return to the main menu continually press the ENTER key.

·    The bottom product shelf must be programmed with zero (0) value, as the product
will have to fall directly into the delivery bin. Generally the space created by the setting (0) is enough to complete the operation. If more space is needed you can raise the
value of zero “0” eg “5” or “7”.
