7.1 MAIN MENU
This is the principal menu of the machine from which all the submenus can
be accessed.
Sub menus are reached by scrolling up or down with the A & C buttons
and pressing the ENTER button
· ATT. ENTERING THE MAIN MENU will display any error
messages
· THE LAST TEN ERRORS since the machine was last used
will be shown
If there are no errors the screen will
be clear
7.2 OPERATOR MENU
The Menu shows the various sub menus which can be accessed using the
arrow keys,
A For UP, C For DOWN, use ENTER to confirm the choice
7.3 MACHINE DATA
This displays the serial number of the machine and can store
a unique number from the operator,
it also displays the software version.
7.4 TOTAL SOLD
It records the total number of items sold and of the operations of box since
starting the machine.
All the picked data progressively increase the total values.
7.5 PARTIAL SOLD
It recalls the chart of the interim total sold.
The chart of the interim sold increases from the last zero
resetting.
7.6 PARTIAL RESET
The reset of the interim values allows the reset of all the interim audit
data recorded since the last zero resetting.
The increase of the values will again start from the value 0.
N.B.After reset, the data is not recoverable.
7.7 STATISTIC
With the STATISTICS submenu, all the inventory data of the machine can be
seen
in detail.
You can for instance see the Total Units Sold by Price, Total or Sold by
Selection.
The sub menu can be used to view in a rapid way the detailed audit of the
machine.
On the first screen you will the total of the items sold for price,
continuing with the keys arrow or confirming with ENTER you will access the
other screens with the data of the quantities by selection or motor.
Att. The figures refer to the quantities and not to the values.
7.8 PRINT STATISTIC
If the print option is selected the relevant data will be printed by any
printer with a serial port data
using an RS232 lead PIN 2 Tx, PIN 7 DTRS
PIN5Ground Transmission 9600 bauds 8bit no parity.
To connect the device to print or collect the data, use a serial RS232 cable
and from the menu select
the Sub Menu Stamps Statistics.
It is possible to select what gives a stamp through the choice of one of
the selections of the new window.
Total Print Prints all the data memorized by the machine
Print Data Audit Prints all the audit data related to the sold items.
PRINT THE DATA
Audit Detailed Print of the bookkeeping data for product and selection
Technical datas print Prints all the technical data of the machine,
such as configurations errors and operating times etc.

7.10 CANCEL STATISTIC
All the Interim Audit data and technical data are cancelled.
ATTENTION. Once confirmed the cancellation will remove the
interim data completely.
But not the progressive general data
7.11 PRICE LIST
Through this sub menu up to 20 different prices can be assigned to 20 different
categories.
Using the UP & DOWN keys and the ENTER key, the price can be entered
for each category.
Write down the individual prices and their respective categories.

To step out of the submenu press enter to confirm all the values up
to the last one and press
ENTER to return to the OPERATOR MENU.
Or repeatedly pressing ENTER while the cursor automatically
moves to exit the display.
7.12 ASSIGNMENT LIST
In this menu the prices stored in the price list are linked to a particular
motor for example.
The auto configure software will automatically detect any active motors.
A selected motor number is first entered
Then you are prompted for a category, these are the pigeon holes where the
prices are stored.
Entering the category and pressing enter will link a price to a particular
motor.
