11.1 CHECK MOTORS

The test motors sub menu is used to check that all the motors are in the start
  position.
Every motor drives a cam, a micro switch engages with the cam which has a
flat edge on part of the cam. This ensures that the motor always ends its cycle
in the start position. If it is necessary to move
the spiral round to vend a product more easily, gently pull on the spiral
  and rotate it.
There are 4 different possible positions a spiral can be set to. If the software
  fails to recognise a
motor the motor will not rotate
Check the following
Tray located square and level
1)      The plug at the rear of the tray is pushed
  firmly into the socket
2)      The motor is plugged into the wiring loom
3)      The motor is not jammed
4)      The motor drive to the spiral is not broken

11.2 TEST MOTORS

  are checked
All motors that are recognised are displayed on the screen and all enabled
  motors are shown are
shown with the symbol ‘O’. All motors that are not enabled or not
  recognised the sign  ‘ –‘

While in the lowest  part, travel is limited by the microswitch.

It is vital to stop the elevator/lift before reaching the maximum
height.
FAILURE TO DO SO CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE ELEVATOR/LIFT ASSEMBLY

The test can be interrupted in any position of travel in as the machine will
  restart the elevator/lift from
its standby position
The elevator/lift test can be used both to verify the operation of the system
and to be able to load shelves that may be obstructed by the lift
